<p>Tropical Cyclone Dumazile passed between Madagascar and Reunion Island on March 5, bringing with it strong winds and heavy rain.</p><p>Although the center of the cyclone was expected to stay over the water, winds of up to 100 km/h were expected in coastal regions.</p><p>Videos posted on Facebook show the Riviere du Mat breaking its banks as floods swept through Reunion Island.
