While trying a new trick on his BMX this rider crashed headfirst into the ground at a skatepark in Innsbruck, Germany. <br /><br />The rider's helmet cracked but absorbed much of the impact and is shown later in the video, while the rider himself was stunned for a few seconds but otherwise was unharmed. <br /><br />The trick was a double whip drop, which consists of spinning the bike around the rider two times. During the second spin, his leg blocked the rotation when it got jammed between the fork. <br /><br />The relieved rider said: "Luckily I'm all good thanks to the helmet."
