Former Defense Minister Kim Kwan-jin is set to re-appear for questioning on Tuesday over allegations he abused his power in relation to the former government's illegal political cyber activities between 2013 and 2014. <br /> Prosecutors believe they have secured new evidence that shows Kim issued direct orders regarding an internal probe into the military cyber command's suspected political meddling.<br />Kim was first summoned for questioning three months ago, but was later released after spending eleven days in detention.<br />He's also suspected of fabricating data related to the 2014 Sewol-ho ferry sinking... when he was serving as the head of the National Security Council. <br />
