According to the LAPD, a man has been arrested after stealing an Oscar statuette.<br />The theft took place at an official Academy Awards after-party where the statuettes are engraved.<br />An LAPD spokesperson stated that a 47-year-old man was apprehended with the Oscar and faces a felony grand theft charge.<br />According to numerous outlets, the man took off with Frances McDormand's Oscar for Best Actress.<br />McDorman won the award for her performance in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. <br />
