A second late winter storm is slamming the East Coast, threatening residents with power outages and grounding aircraft.<br />At least 48 million people between Maine and Maryland are in the path of another nor'easter, after weathering a similar storm last week.<br />The latest storm has already led to thousands of cancelled flights across the region.<br />Roads leading into major cities like Philadelphia, New York and Boston have also been impacted by heavy snowfall. <br />
