<p>A Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) train derailed in Wilmington on Thursday, March 8, according to Wilmington Police. Passengers were evacuated safely, police said.</p><p>The train was travelling on the Lowell line when it derailed. The derailment came amid heavy snowfall and severe weather conditions in the area.
