Mom Says CPS Didn't Tell Her About Child Pornography Charges Against Foster Parent

A California mother says Child Protective Services did not notify her that a foster parent was arrested on child pornography charges. She found out when she saw video of the suspect installing hidden cameras in his bathroom on the news.
