It was originally designed for slicing Fimo Nailart canes, but it also works well for slicing all types of polymer clay canes.\r<br>\r<br>* This tool was invented by a Nailart Technician (her name is Helen), who was having trouble slicing the baked Fimo Nailart Canes thin enough for her nail designs.\r<br>\r<br>* She sells the product over at eBay (see resource link below).\r<br>\r<br>* Fimo nailart canes are tiny baked polymer clay canes that are sliced paper thin and added to nail art designs.\r<br>\r<br>* I show some old and crudely done nail art canes and fingernail designs from my early days.\r<br>\r<br>* Helens husband creates prototypes, so she designed this tool and he is now manufuring the units.\r<br>\r<br>* Helen made this one specifically for me in a color that she calls Punky Purple.\r<br>\r<br>* She must have seen my Cindy Purple NeverKnead, and thought that shed make me a tool to match.
