Ingredients:<br /><br />1.boil baby potatoes - 250 grams<br />2.oil - 4 tbsp<br />3.garlic paste - 1 tbsp<br />4.onion paste - 1 small cup<br />5.tomato puree - 1 cup<br />6.red chilli powder - 1 tbsp<br />7.coriander & cumin seeds powder - 1 tbsp<br />8.salt to taste<br />9.kashmiri red chilli powder - tbsp<br />10.bhungara/bhungala - 250 grams<br />11.oil for fry bhungala<br />12.cilantro for garnish<br /><br />Recipe:<br /><br />-heat some oil in pan.<br />-add garlic paste & onion paste.<br />-sauted well after add tomato puree.<br />-mix well & cook well.<br />-now add red chilli powder, cumin seeds & coriander powder.<br />-also add salt & kashmiri chilli powder.<br />-sauted well.<br />-finally add boil potatoes & mix it.<br />-cook for only 1 mints.<br />-garlic potatoes is ready to eat.<br />-fry the bhungara.<br />-enjoy the garlic potatoes & bhungara.<br />-eat togather & garnish with cilantro.
