Kristen Wiig is Officially Joining the Cast of 'Wonder Woman 2' Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins confirmed the news on Friday. Wiig will play Dr. Barbara Ann Minerva, a.k.a Cheetah, a super villain who has a rivalry with Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman. So far, Gadot is the only other confirmed member of the cast. Wonder Woman 2 is set to be released in November 2019.
