<p>An animal shelter in Sacramento, California, appealed for the public’s help on March 9 to find a man who broke into their shelter to steal a fund-raising gumball machine.</p><p>This footage of the incident was released by the Front Street Animal Shelter, with a running commentary of the “many trials and tribulations” the thief faced when trying to remove the machine from the building.</p><p>Within seconds, the man is seen breaking the machine, spilling hundreds of gumballs over the floor. He then tries to drag the machine through a broken window that proves too small, before taking the machine through another door and throwing it over a barbed wire fence.</p><p>The Front Street Animal Shelter said it was seeking the public’s help to identify the bandit.
