President Donald Trump reportedly wrote a personal letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin.<br />In it, he invited Putin to attend the 2013 Miss Universe pageant in Moscow.<br />The letter would be the first known instance of Trump's direct outreach to the Russian leader.<br />Special counsel Robert Mueller's team is said to be targeted on Trump's interest in getting Putin to attend the pageant. <br />
