Noodle-less Zucchini Lasagna we LOVE this noodle-less lasagna in my home (including my picky husband). I've made this hundreds of times, and learned the secret to perfect zucchini "noodles" is grilling them first which dries out the noodles so your lasagna doesn't turn out watery.
