A judge has denied a motion to dismiss a drug charge against Rose McGowan.<br />Instead, Judge Deborah Welsh stated any issues with the charge can be brought up during a court hearing later in the month.<br />The hearing will be held on March 21st in Leesburg, Virginia.<br />McGowan's lawyers argued that cocaine found on their client may have been planted by agents hired by disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. <br />
