According to a new public poll from Monmouth University on Monday, Democrat Conor Lamb heads into the final day of the special congressional Pennsylvania election with the lead. The poll, which used three different turnout models, shows Lamb leading GOP opponent Rick Saccone, 51 percent to 45 percent. Three percent of likely voters in the poll are undecided, and 1 percent would support another candidate. <br />
