Bostonian Trudging Through Snow Waves to Camera During Blizzard

<p>The National Weather Service declared the nor’easter that hit Boston on Tuesday, March 13, a blizzard. Up to two feet of snow was expected in parts of Massachusetts, including up to 18 inches in the city.</p><p>The weather service said</a> blizzard conditions were measured at an automated weather station at Logan International Airport for more than three hours.
