And on to the markets,....<br />It was a down-day on Wall Street,... on U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson's exit and the possibility of additional U.S. import tariffs against China.<br /> The Dow Jones finished down 171 points, or nearly zero-point-7 percent,... the S&P 500 slipped about the same percentage amount.<br />The Nasdaq lost over one-percent at 7,511.<br /> Shares in Korea,... were a tad higher,... as the positive outlook for the global semiconductor market pushed up shares in the tech industry. <br />The benchmark KOSPI went up a little less than half-a-percent to close at 2,494-point-4,... while the tech-heavy KOSDAQ added zero-point-2 percent at 886.<br />And the local currency lost ground against the greenback for the first time in three trading days. <br />
