Two suspects have been arrested after a video of them bullying a teenager with down syndrome went viral. <br /><br />The suspects also stole a bag and a mobile phone belonging to the victim.<br /><br />The incident took place at a playground in Taman Sri Kluang, Kluang.<br /><br />Kluang district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Laham said the victim's father lodged a police report after seeing the viral video.<br /><br />Police have arrested the suspect seen in the video, as well as the person who recorded the video in an operation on Tuesday night.<br /><br />The case is being investigated under Section 382 of the Penal Code.
