<p>A snowboarder hitting the slopes at Homewood Mountain Resort in Homewood, California, tried – and failed – performing a tricky rail slide stunt off a snow-covered pine tree. This video was taken on Wednesday, March 14.</p><p>The snowboarder, identified as Josh Feliciano, can be seen trying the maneuver, which ended with him flipping off the tree. His friends thought it was hilarious.</p><p>Homewood, California, received 18 inches of fresh snow by Wednesday morning, according to the National Weather Service.</a> The northern Sierras could receive more snow</a> through Saturday morning.
