The government will announce new measures today aimed at getting more young Koreans into high-quality jobs.<br /> The finance ministry says it's considering granting allowances to young jobseekers and creating a supplementary budget, as well as giving companies that hire them tax breaks or subsidies. <br />The plan may include using the extra budget sometime during the first half of the year. <br />President Moon Jae-in's has called for *all-out efforts to create good jobs for young people,... calling the high youth jobless rate a national disaster. <br />The youth unemployment rate eased a touch in February,... but the figure sits at nine-point-eight percent. <br />
