<p>Florida International University’s</a> newly-constructed pedestrian bridge over SW 8th Street in Miami, Florida, collapsed on March 15, trapping several vehicles underneath it.</p><p>The bridge had not yet opened for pedestrian traffic.</p><p>This video shows people running towards the bridge as police cars arrive at the scene.
