A truck rammed into a parked van on a San Francisco street and burned rubber as the driver backed up.<br /><br />An eyewitness said they were walking up a hill and discovered a driver who was unable to exit his parking spot because it was on an incline. <br /><br />“After several attempts, we decided to stop traffic so he could back out safely,” the eyewitness said. <br /><br />After the driver left the parking spot, he rammed right into the parked van.
