Another round of inter-Korean talks are set to take place today,... this time to arrange details for a South Korean arts troupe to visit the North.<br /> Delegations from each side will meet at the border village of Panmunjeom at around 10AM, South Korea time,... in about three hours from now.<br />The South Korean delegation is being led Yoon Sang, a well-known singer and composer, who was chosen to be the art director for the troupe.<br />The North's delegation is headed by Hyon Song-wol, who led the North Korean arts troupe that visited the South during the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.<br /> North Korea had invited a performance team, and a taekwondo demonstration team to come to Pyongyang when South Korea's presidential envoys visited Pyongyang earlier this month.<br />Both performances will likely be held in early April,... ahead of the landmark inter-Korean summit scheduled for later in the month. <br />
