In rural Monroe County, Mississippi a 9-year-old boy used his parents gun to shoot his 13-year-old sister.<br />The conflict was instigated after they argues over a video game controller.<br />Sheriff Cecil Cantrell stated, "He wanted the controller, and I guess he knew where to find the gun."<br />The nine-year-old shot his sister in the back of the head. <br />
