A helicopter makes a dramatic rescue of guests stranded at a hotel in the Philippines during a fire which killed three and injured 23 people. The blaze at the Waterfront Manila Pavilion broke out in the morning. Hundreds of people fled the high-rise building, which contains a casino complex, while others were treated for smoke inhalation.
