A speeding tractor toppled over along a road injuring 25 people, who were packed in its trolley. <br /><br />The villagers of Sihali were returning in two tractors after attending a fair in the district of Moradabad, India, on March 15. <br /><br />A race built up between the two tractor drivers. <br /><br />The footage, shot by two witnesses on a bike, shows a tractor overtaking another as passengers shriek in terror. <br /><br />The tractor driver loses control as the vehicle begins to wobble and then overturns.<br /><br />The passengers were taken to the hospital and at least four of them are in a serious condition, reports say.
