Police in Texas are hunting down a potential serial bomber after a package blew up at a FedEx distribution center near San Antonio on Tuesday, injuring a worker. <br /> A second package was also found and was handed in to law enforcement, which was to carry out a controlled explosion. <br />Both packages were headed to Austin, where four recent explosions have killed two people and injured four others.<br />In his first remarks regarding the bombings, President Trump said they were carried out by sick people, pledging justice for the victims. <br />
