It was scheduled for today,... but the court hearing of Lee Myung-bak's arrest warrant has been delayed, after the ex-president made it clear he would not be taking part in it.<br /> The Seoul Central District Court was scheduled to hold the session at 10:30 a.m. today local time,... but his absence deemed it necessary to postpone the hearing.<br />There are other options.<br />One would be making the decision without questioning the former leader,... and instead going over the interrogation records and other evidence from the investigation with Lee's lawyers.<br />The other choice would be calling in the ex-president for further questioning on a different date.<br />The court's decision is expected to be finalized tomorrow. <br />
