AirAsia Bhd chief executive officer (CEO) Riad Asmat has promised stern action after a passenger from Kaohsiung to KLIA2, posted a video on Facebook on Wednesday night showing baggage handlers slamming her bicycle to the ground. <br /><br />Riad said AirAsia will waive all fees on bicycle transportation for the month of April as a gesture of goodwill. <br /><br />AirAsia boss Tony Fernandes also responded to the incident today, saying he was really disappointed. <br /><br />Fernandes said AirAsia Bhd CEO Riad Asmat, who is a cyclist himself, would get in touch with the passenger.<br /><br />He clarified that AirAsia has a joint venture ground handling company called GTR. <br /><br />However, AirAsia would take take full responsibility. <br /><br />
