Video of the first self-driving car crash that killed a pedestrian showed how the autonomous Uber failed to slow down.<br /><br />Newly released dashcam footage shows the collision that killed Elaine Herzberg in Tempe, Arizona.<br /><br />Police have released two videos of the case, one showing the driver's view through the windshield, while the other video showed the interior of the autonomous Volvo XC90 SUV.<br /><br />When the incident occured the SUV was in autonomous mode with a human operator on board for emergency.<br /><br />Following the incident, Uber suspended North American tests of its self-driving vehicles, which are currently going on in Arizona, Pittsburgh and Toronto.
