Good morning. Seoul and Beijing will have higher afternoon highs today but Tokyo will see slightly cooler temperatures. <br /><br /> Here in South Korea, we are waking up to lower single digit morning lows while highs will rise above the seasonal averages under sunny skies. <br /><br /> But we shouldn't spend time outdoors for that long, high levels of fine dust are expected in the capital area all day today, the Gyeongsang-do Provinces and Daegu will see high levels in the morning. <br /><br /> As for today's temperatures, I've added two other major cities on the map,,, Chuncheon in Gangwon-do and Gyeongju in Gyengsangbuk-do Province, both known as popular destinations in South Korea... Both cities will have sub zero morning lows at minus 2 degrees, while Seoul is waking up to a low at 2 degrees. <br /><br /> Daily highs in most parts will be nearing the mid teens, topping out at 13 degrees in Seoul and Daejeon, Chuncheon will be mild as well at 14 degrees. <br /><br /> Expect much milder temperatures over the weekend and into early next week under mostly sunny skies but it will remain dusty. <br /><br />That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.<br />
