Legal woes continue for Robin Thicke and Pharrell.<br />A federal appeals court upheld a copyright infringement verdict against them.<br />The suit is over their 2013 hit song Blurred Lines.<br />The court said the song illegally copied from Marvin Gaye's Got to Give it Up.<br />Marvin Gaye's family is entitled to the $5.3m it was previously awarded. <br />
