Vermont, who is known to be a pro-gun, is changing it's tune in reaction to the recent mass shooting in Florida.<br />Vermont's Governor Phil Scott said he was impassioned and willing to limit his state's access to guns laws.<br />He wants to raise the legal age for all firearm purchases to twenty one and to require background checks.<br />Social Scientists believe these changes are happening because of student-run, anti-gun violence campaigns. <br />
