A tiny pooch managed to crawl inside a plastic cup on March 23, which happens to be National Puppy Day in the U.S.<br /><br />National Puppy Day, which was founded in 2006 by pet expert Colleen Paige, celebrates puppies and encourages adoption.<br /><br />In the video, the puppy is seen licking food at the bottom of the cup and then crawling back out after he had his fill.
