"China is not afraid of and will not recoil from a trade war."<br />That's what the Chinese Embassy in Washington said in a statement late Thursday.<br />It was in reply to earlier steel and aluminum tariffs announced by President Trump.<br />China may slap tariffs on 128 U.S. products worth a total of $3 billion.<br />They include a 25% tariff on pork products and recycled US aluminum imports.<br />The clash between the world's two largest economies has sent stocks tumbling. <br />
