(In some other bad news for Russia)… investigators looking into Sunday's fire at a shopping center in Siberia, which killed at least 64 people, say they found "serious violations." <br /> Russia's Investigative Committee say a safety technician working at the Winter Cherry complex turned off the fire warning system.<br />It added that emergency exits had also been illegally blocked and there was no organized evacuation. <br />Four people have been detained for questioning. <br />The fire started in the entertainment complex on the upper floor, but the cause remains unclear. <br />
