Student loan debt in the US has doubled since the start of the Great Recession.<br />It's stopped people from preparing for the future and pursuing their dreams.<br />If tuition had stayed at 2001 levels, 360,000 more Americans could've bought homes.<br />Instead, they're forking over huge chunks of their wages to pay off giant student loans.<br />In response, Sen.
