Former VA Secretary David Shulkin let loose in the New York Times.<br />In an op-ed Wednesday, Shulkin blasted "the environment in Washington."<br />He claimed it has turned "toxic, chaotic, disrespectful and subversive."<br />So much so, that he felt it was impossible for him to accomplish important work.<br />He added, "It should not be this hard to serve your country." <br />
