Arnold Schwarzenegger</a> has undergone emergency open-heart surgery.<br /><br />The 70-year-old former California Governor went to Cedars-Sinai Hospital this Thursday, March 29, for a catheter valve replacement, according to reports.<br /><br />Schwarzenegger allegedly developed various complications during the procedure and the valve replacement failed. Due to the unexpected difficulties, the Terminator star was then sent in for emergency open-heart surgery.<br /><br />As readers know the actor has suffered various heart ailments over the years. At the start of his career he even had an aortic valve replaced.<br /><br />His health issues have often been linked to his use of steroids — as he was once known as the hunkiest Mr. Universe alive — though doctors have claimed his heart disorder is unrelated.<br /><br />Schwarzenegger is currently in stable condition, according to reports.
