Jennifer Aniston</a> has turned to old flame Vince Vaughn</a> for solace amid her painful divorce from Justin Theroux</a>, claim reports.<br /><br />As fans know, the funnyman, who is now happily married to wife Kyla Weber, with whom he has two kids, dated the the A-list Friends alum for over a year back in 2006.<br /><br />While the didn’t work out as a couple, the two remain close pals.<br /><br />“Jen and Vince parted on extremely amicable terms and even though they didn’t work as a couple, they’ve always been very fond of each other,” snitched the informant.<br /><br />“They’ve stayed pals over the years and have been chatting a lot over the phone lately. Jen sees Vince as a really supportive friend and he’s someone she’s been leaning on during this tough time.”<br /><br />But the friendship doesn’t go beyond that. Said the source:<br /><br />“It’s totally friendly and there’s nothing going on between them – Vince is happily married. But he still cares about Jen a lot and hates seeing her upset, so he’s been a great source of comfort to her after her split from Justin.”</a><br /><br />And Aniston is returning to favor. “Jen is helping Vince get his passion movie project off the ground. These two make a great team, but it’s strictly platonic.”<br /><br />As fans know, the couple called it quits on February 15, 2018 after only two years of marriage.<br /><br />Aniston and Theroux tied the knot in August 2015 in a private ceremony at their Bel Air home.<br /><br />This was Aniston’s second marriage, her first, to Brad Pitt</a>, ended shortly before her birthday in 2005 after he started a romance with Angelina Jolie.</a>
