Abby Lee Miller</a> is a free woman!<br /><br />The Dance Moms star was released on Tuesday, March 27th from the Victorville Federal Correctional Institution in California, after serving just months of her 366-day sentence.<br /><br />However, she’s not totally free yet. A source says former Dance Moms star left Victorville federal prison this morning, and is currently en route to a halfway house in Van Nuys, California.<br /><br />On July 12, 2017, Abby Lee was sentenced to a year and a day in jail.</a><br /><br />The 51-year-old dance coach was charged with concealing hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of income during her Chapter 11 bankruptcy.<br /><br />In June 2016, Abby Lee pled guilty to not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets.<br /><br />In addition to jail time, the Lifetime star was also ordered to pay a $40,000 fine and spend two years on probation following her release.<br /><br />A source told RadarOnline.com that Abby would be getting out early due to good behavior. She was initially expected to be released in January.<br /><br />As previously reported, Miller was expected to transfer to the Van Nuys halfway house on April 18 after many initial delays.<br /><br />She was “furious” when she wasn’t transferred in February as expected, a source said.<br /><br />Following her stay in prison, Abby won’t be an entirely free woman. “She is hoping for house arrest but most likely could be released into a halfway house,” a source said.</a><br /><br />Despite the trauma of going behind bars, insiders say Abby’s health has improved during her stint.<br /><br />Prior to entering prison, she underwent gastric bypass surgery, and has lost a whopping 100 pounds behind bars.<br /><br />
