Tamar Braxton</a> lost her husband after filling for divorce in October 2017</a> – and now she is officially losing her home and the mansion the Braxton Family Values star shared with Vince Herbert </a>is in pre-foreclosure.<br /><br />“We are in the foreclosure process,” a spokesperson for Title Trust Deed Service Company said. “We have no notice of default yet. It is not on the auction block as of right now.”<br /><br />According to real estate site Zillow, the home went in default on February 26, 2018.<br /><br />Braxton, 41, and Herbert, 45, who were married for nine years before the split, purchased the home for $10,500,105 in April 2013.<br /><br />They put the stunning home on the market in October 2017 for $15 million. The house was then listed for rent for $150,000 a month in February 2017. A week later, the rent went down to $100,000 a month. Then in March, the price was decreased again to $85,000 a month.<br /><br />The 16,000 square foot home features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.<br /><br />The sprawling mansion sits on a two-acre lot that is complete with a grand two-story entry, recording studio, 15-car garage, wine cellar, game room, barber shop, glam room, elevator, pool and more luxuries.<br /><br />Herbert, who owns Streamline Records, was ordered to pay $3.7 million in September 2017 after he was sued over a 2013 advance.<br /><br />Braxton opened up about her divorce on The View in February.<br /><br />“I have a regular marriage, and regular marriages, like everybody else, things happen,” she said. “In my marriage, it was just to a point where I felt divorce was the only option that I had left. Although we’re in extensive counseling, and that is much needed and it still will always be.”<br /><br />She also shut down rumors that she filed for divorce because he impregnated another woman. Herbert denied the allegations as well.
