Almost two years after her divorce from Jason Hoppy</a> was finalized, Bethenny Frankel’</a>s ongoing love saga with boyfriend Dennis Shields is stronger than ever —<br /><br />so much so the Big Apple-based banker wants to pop the question to the reality star!<br /><br />“Bethenny and Dennis continue their ongoing love saga of being in each other’s lives,” a source spilled, but unlucky for Shields, “she just doesn’t want to put a label on their relationship.”<br /><br />“Dennis is ready to marry Bethenny and would ask her immediately if he thought she was going to say yes.”<br /><br />The couple first started dating back in late 2015, but called off their relationship sometime before May of 2016. They have reportedly been on-again-off-again ever since.</a><br /><br />Frankel recently filed request to modify their custody agreement to obtain full custody of Bryn after the RHONY star accused him of harassment and stalking.</a><br /><br />“The harassment, the stalking, the 500 emails in 90 days, in which he called her a ‘sad, miserable, bitter old woman,’ and said, ‘I’ll pray for you,’ while asking about life insurance — a veiled threat — there’s no way these parties can be joint custodians,” Frankel’s lawyer, Allan Mayefsky, argued earlier this month.<br /><br />But Hoppy’s lawyer — Robert Wallack — hit back. In a statement to Radaronline.com, Wallack said Frankel’s “claims of verbal abuse and harassment are untrue and not borne out by the evidence.”<br /><br />“Bryn’s well-being is Jason’s only concern,” Wallack said. “The child is thriving under the parties’ joint custody agreement and we expect that shared custody will continue.”<br /><br />Amid all the drama, pals told Radar Frankel just doesn’t have enough room on her plate for marriage, despite Shields’ desires to to the knot.<br /><br />“It’s just not the right time for Bethenny to even consider marriage, and she doesn’t know if she ever wants to go down that road again.”<br /><br />Although they may not be on the same page, the duo remain as close as ever. “Bethenny and Dennis are a lot alike, and she is extremely close with his family as well.”<br /><br />But no relationship is perfect.
