<br /> Paris's Conciergerie, a former palace used as a prison during the French Revolution, has a new guest: the Seine. Artist Stéphane Thidet has diverted the river, running it through the insides of the historic building, for his latest installation "Détournement" (diversion), which opens on Friday.<br />
