<p>A Fijian police officer was filmed on April 1 smashing the window of a car, which was partially submerged by knee-deep</a> floodwaters in Lautoka during Tropical Cyclone Josie.</p><p>After breaking the glass with a pipe and unlocking the doors, the officer reaches into the car to check for people. “The police didn’t find anyone in the car,” according to the uploader.</p><p>At least four people died and another was missing after Tropical Cyclone Josie brought heavy rains and knocked out power across the country, Radio New Zealand reported</a>.
