Won't conduct 'nikah' where DJ plays music, says Qazi from Deoband Mufti Azhar Hussain

A Qazi has said that 'nikah' wont be conducted where people are dancing and DJ plays the music. Adding that it was against Islam. Qazi from Deoband Mufti Azhar Hussain, made this statement.
