<p>An injured baby whale was discovered stranded on a beach in Sabah, Borneo, on Monday, April 2.</p><p>Locals rushed to help the whale, which measured about six metres in length, after it became beached on Kampung Indarason Laut in Kudat, according to Malaysian news site Star Online</a>.</p><p>The rescue team returned the whale to the sea a few hours later, the Borneo Post reported</a>.</p><p>Eyewitness Christianto Mogolid captured these photographs of the beached whale and a video of the animal being returned to the sea.
