Click on SHOW MORE below for full instructions and recipe.\r<br>\r<br>SPICY TURKEY LEGS\r<br> \r<br>6 turkey drumsticks (3/4 lbs. each)\r<br>3/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce or your choice of HOT SAUCE\r<br>1/3 cup canola oil ( vegetable or olive will do)\r<br>1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce\r<br>1-2 tablespoons chili powder \r<br>2 teaspoons ground mustard\r<br>1 teaspoon garlic powder\r<br>1 teaspoon poultry seasoning\r<br>1teaspoon celery salt\r<br>1 teaspoon kosher salt\r<br>1/2 teaspoon white pepper\r<br>\r<br>1. Divide drumsticks between two large (gallon size) resealable bags. In a bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients until blended. Add marinade to drumsticks, dividing evenly between bags. Seal bags and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Turning whenever you think about it!! \r<br>\r<br>2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove drumsticks from marinade to a foil-lined 15 by 10 by 1 baking pan; discard marinade in bag.\r<br>\r<br>3. Bake, covered, 45 minutes.
