Wall Street slipped on the first day of a new fiscal quarter.<br />After a tumultuous first quarter to 2018, the top three indexes on the New York Stock Exchange are struggling into retain their gains from January.<br />The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down over 711-points, while the Nasdaq Composite is down almost 254-points, with the S&P 500 down almost 83-points.<br />Although it lost the least amount of points on the day, all 11 major sectors on the S&P are in negative territory for Q2. <br />
