A strong wind hit Dezhou City in eastern China's Shandong Province, blowing the roof off of a building on April 2.<br /><br />In the video, a man can be heard yelling wildly as a powerful wind rips the roof off of a building.<br /><br />The gusts were so strong that it also knocked down a woman riding a bike and a crane that smashed onto two vehicles.<br /><br />Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
